Our Thursday technique class progresses from posture and basic movement to essential bellydance moves over the course of 8-12 weeks. 

New students are welcome continuously - we'll catch you up!

This specialty mini series class meets once a week for four weeks and is taught by Sakina.  Take an in depth look at several favorite topics to further your bellydance performance skills. Each session is $45.00 paid in advance & each class builds upon the last. Sorry no late entries!

8/6 to 8/27 Silk Veil Essentials

9/3 to 9/24 - Sharpening your Sword Dance

10/1 to 10/22 - Drum Solo Drills & Skills

10/29 to 11/19 - American Improvisational Style for group performance

This class is intended for our students ready to build on the skills learned after 12 weeks of technique class. Students should consider attending at least one Level One class per week as this class is designed to further new skills and not on the reinforcement of basic technique. The focus is on learning new combinations, to dance with others, retaining learned choreography & ability to make changes on the spot. Admission is by instructor recommendation. 

Opportunities to learn our student troupe Desert Stars Dance Company's repertoire will be available in 2025 & 2026 through our Choreography Series. Students who participate in our Choreography Series may be invited to audition for performance opportunities with Desert Stars Dance Company. Further advancement to Nebula Dance Company is based on instructor recommendation.
